Dow is up 2.4% this morning to 21,217. Looks like the Senate was able to push through a $2T package last night.
Someone on the talk mailing list suggested doing a family time capsule. That could be pretty cool to bury in the backyard!
So at around lunchtime just got an email from the Loma Superintendent as well as from the high school that schools will remain closed until at least May 1st. This is pretty much in effect for the whole Bay Area.
Had an interesting call from one of the Indian Princess Dads I’ve known for a long time but who is not someone I talk to regularly. He started asking all kinds of questions about R Community and I figured out he was looking at possibly investing in our company. He then started plugging me about me developing an app for him. I told him my current hourly rate with the summit store and he kind of balked. He’s looking at some sort of OneChirp like app potentially with beacons. I answered his technical questions and he is going to get back to me. If this is going to turn into a long term project, I can definitely lower my hourly rates!
